Course overview
The course is designed for contemporary vocalists and
focuses on integrating both theory and practical execution to
set a great base for your musical growth. In addition to technical exercises, reading and writing music, aural workouts, practice pieces, improvisation techniques,music theory,
music appreciation, and general musicianship, the course features the basics of music and knowing your voice.

Online Live Classes will be conducted in the “ Gurukul Sampradaya”(Teacher - Pupil System). Traditional techniques of singing and compositions will be focused upon. We will also provide guidance for those who wish to pursue the certified Degree equivalent course ( Sangeeth Visharad ) in Hindustani Classical Music from Bharatiya Gandarva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, Miraj, Maharashtra ( ABGMV ).
Under Hindustani classical music courses, we will also be providing additional training in the light classical genres of music like Ghazals, Abhangs, Bhajans,
Tumris etc.

Ghazals
  • Our main Faculty Sri. Raghuraam Krishnan is an acclaimed ghazal singer from South India for the past 25 years.
  • Ghazals mostly contains words of Urdu or Farsi.
  • In ghazal singing , lyrics and tune both are given importance.
  • We can say that ghazals are poetry (couplets) set to tune and sung.

  • Our main Faculty Sri. Raghuraam Krishnan is an acclaimed Abhang singer too from South India for the past 25 years.
  • Abhang is a form of devotional songs sung in praise of Lord Vittal in Marathi language.
  • It has its own system of singing , tune wise and taal wise.
